Job description / Role
As the Senior Analyst - IT IN you will be responsible for IN based products design. The role calls for a very good understanding of marketing requirements to realise them with the available capabilities on the operators' systems (CS5.0 preferred), you are also be required to interface with operations team to implement rating changes and implement new offers and promotions as required by marketing and you should have strong skills in AIR (Account Information and Refill), SDP (Service Data Point), VS (Voucher Server), MINSAT (Mobile Intelligent Service Administration Tool) and CRS (Charging Data Reporting System) nodes. With good UNIX skills.You will responsible of liaising extensively with end/business users, analysing clients' existing systems and translating client prepaid system related requirements into highly specified project briefs, planning new features implementation in the system based on marketing requirements, Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability, and creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems related to IN, working closely with developers (internal and external) and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction, drawing up specific RFPs for modified or replacement systems, overseeing the implementation of a new system, including drawing up a testing schedule, providing training to users of a new system and writing user manuals, keeping up to date with technical and industry sector developments, developing innovative applications to serve marketing requirements, planning in accordance with relevant departments required system expansions and upgrades, taking ownership of PCID life cycle from initiation to delivery as well as supporting operations related to project and being responsible for coordinating with the relevant departments, establishing experience-based timeliness and delivers high quality products on time, supervising assigned staff at the level determined by senior management and maintaing,ensuring the quality of service through follow ups with operations team and trouble ticket solving.
Requirements
You should have a bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer science, information systems or related field required with a minimum of 6 years working experience as a prepaid expert, with at least 3 years of experience in a GSM operator's O&M area of IN platforms and at least 2 years of experience in Ericsson IN based prepaid system is required (CS5.0 preferred).
