Employment: Full Time

Showcase your analytical and planning expertise within the Human Resources department of an established company based in Bahrain.

Undertake organisational and manpower reviews in an oil and gas environment, leading to the restructuring and design of the organisation as required, to meet the Company’s long term vision. Maximise human resource efficiency by determining correct staffing levels, developing revised organisation structures, job design, manpower allocation and manpower planning.

Requirements

Requirements:
• A relevant university Degree
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in organization restructuring, manpower studies, organisation & job design, process and productivity improvement and manpower planning preferably focussed on industrial operations.
• Competency based succession planning expertise is advantageous. This position would suit an Industrial Engineer.

You should demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills; knowledge of productivity improvement, excellent analytical and problem solving skills with good knowledge of computer/system applications; database and spreadsheets and organisational charting through the use of Manpower Planning models and Oracle HRMS. Your ability to produce accurate and concise, written and verbal reports/presentations is important as well as your ability to compile manpower budgets.
