Senior Analyst – Policy Development & Compensation

Job description / Role

Showcase your Compensation & Benefit expertise within the Human Resources department of an established company based in Bahrain.

Be prepared to evaluate existing policies and practices and influence and educate senior management on regional and global trends and practices. You will be expected to develop, prepare, implement and administer company policy under management’s guidance. This section of HR also acts as guide and advisor to line management and employees regarding company policy and procedure.

Requirements

• A relevant university Degree
• At least 10 years’ experience in the compensation and benefits arena
• High level of PC skills including HR Management Systems (e.g. Oracle preferred), spreadsheets, databases and graphical presentation packages.
• Knowledge of Job Evaluation essential (HAY preferred).

Your pleasant and tactful personality will enable you to effectively deal with employees to address their problems as it relates to compensation and benefits.
