Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Supervision of construction works and implementing ancillary systems, e.g. hot box detector, locking of wheels, axle counter, track antenna (ECTS level 1 and 2), track circuits, audio-frequency track circuits, Euroloop (ECTS, EOLM), continuous automatic train-running control
•Ensuring all actions are performed according to the guidelines and regulations of the project
•Providing technical guidance with emphasis on Ancillary Systems Engineering and training staff (Ancillary Systems Technicians etc.)
•Preparing reports, forecasts and resource planning
•Attending progress meetings with client/sub-suppliers, especially on supervision activities

Requirements

Your Profile:
•University degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
•At least 12 to 15 years’ experience as railway engineer, minimum 10 years’ experience in Ancillary Systems Engineering, working experience in high speed projects beneficial
International work experience
•Willingness to re-locate to Saudi Arabia for at least two years
•Adequate English skills
•Knowledge of Arabic, German and Spanish languages would be preferable
•Relevant IT-skills
•Holding an International driving license
