Leading Consultancy in Architecture and Design Planning

This excellent opportunity is for a Senior Architect to join a leading consultancy within the construction industry in Kuwait. My client specialise in architecture, engineering, design and the planning of construction build projects.

Our client are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to be based in the design department of their head Office in Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities on site and will be carrying out some of the following duties:

DUTIES:
- Assist the Head of Section/Head of Design in executing architectural designs from project initiation to closure
- Develop briefs along with project managers on the cost, resources, establishing a team and get approvals from clients on the same
- Assist the Project Manager in the delivery of presentations to receive approval on the concept design
- Conduct interviews with clients to confirm their requirements and develop an insight on how to proceed with the concept design of the project
- Assist in the preparation of preliminary cost estimates for concept designs
- Develop detailed working drawings for the project in order to eliminate subjectively in the interpretation of the drawings
- Assist the head of Design/Project Manager in ensuring client approval on final working drawings
- Develop and maintain a motivated and stable teams
- All other Senior Architect duties and responsibilities

Requirements

- At least 11 - 15 years of experience as an Architect in the construction industry
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience working within the GCC
