Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A reputable Property Developer, requires a qualified Senior Architect, holding Architectural degree as per the following job description and qualifications:

• Well experienced to read and understand all drawings and documents submitted by the design consultant(s), Contractor(s), etc.
• Extensive experience in handling procurement process with full coordination between the different stakeholder ensuring time, quality and cost.
• Must be well familiar with different materials available in the market and its specs. Ability to propose alternative materials/systems to improve the design operation, future maintenance and construction cost.
• Reviewing specs, tender documents and QCS analysis ensuring its compliance with the design documents along with coordination with consultant and other stakeholder to issue final recommendation technically and financially.
• Coordination between design head office and site.
• ID experience is preferable.
• Assist in technical support of the PM team during construction.
• Ensure records of documents.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related experience with at least 2-3 years experience in Gulf area related to the above job description.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in consultancy firm.
• Well experience with relative computer software as Auto cad, 3D max, Photoshop, etc.
• Experience in UAE market, construction process and materials.
