Senior Architect - Rail - Qatar

Salary package - QAR 25k - 30k

An international multidisciplinary consultancy is recruiting for a Senior Architect to join their growing rail project team in Qatar.

Responsibilities
- Produce conceptual, schematic and detailed design drawings
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure designs are in line with relevant codes and standards
- Prepare monthly progress reports, identifying outstanding approvals and potential future issues
- Manage & monitor architectural staff
- Review and respond to contractor submissions in a timely manner

Requirements

- A degree qualified individual in an Architectural discipline
- Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
- Experience working on major projects design or construction
- Experience of supervising/managing design teams with interdisciplinary coordination
- Rail/Metro project experience will be highly beneficial
