Senior Architect

Job description / Role

Lead architect to lead a team of junior architects and engineers with the following list of responsibilities:

1. Provide designs from concept to detailed stages;
2. Interact with client and work closely with the client to finalise the design brief;
3. Act as design manager for the rest of the team;
4. Lead team of architectural draftsmen;
5. Overall responsibility to lead submissions procedures to local authorities;

Requirements

1. Demonstrable experience in high-rise building design, particularly in concept and schematic stages;
2. Demonstrable experience in Dubai working with local authorities;
3. A minimum 10 years of design experience
4. Bacherlors degree in architecture
5. Experience in using software required to ensure delivery as per local standards
