Senior Architect

Job description / Role

- Prepare and develop conceptual design.
- Prepare and develop architectural detailing stages.
- Coordinate with other departments with regards to design renditions.
- Perform modeling of the project as per sketches.
- Reflect the principals/Architects theme in the modeling.
- Prepare presentation of concepts designs for client review.
- Update the concept design upon modifications as per the Architects instructions.
- Coordinate with draftsmen with regards to detailing as per design specifications.
- Support the Design Manager on key projects.
- Manage, monitor and ensure quality of output, and overall job performance of Draftsmen.
- Performs other design-related that the management deems necessary.

Requirements

- At least 10-15 years related experience in UAE
- 5 years Experienced in Engineering/Contracting Industries
- Degree holder in architect
- Age range 30- 37 years old
- Arab nationality only

Salary range 20,000 to 25,000 AED
