Job description / Role
As a Senior Design Architect, you will produce and improve overall design models, put together design presentation strategies, and supply creative and process leadership to numerous design teams through all stages of projects and a variety of project types Commercial Office Buildings and Towers, Mixed Use, Hospitality, Retail, and Entertainment.
Requirements
10+ years professional experience accompanied with proven track record of fore fronting the design of large-scale projects such as corporate headquarters, commercial or mixed-use projects
Advanced degree in Architecture or Design
Experience making and producing overall design concepts and creating design presentation strategies with an appreciation of trends in large, shell/core architectural design
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Outstanding graphic presentation skills
Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients
Global design experience
A passion for mentoring team members by offering guidance and leadership
Experience with Cad, Revit and other documentation software
