Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Performs the Architectural planning of Projects within the approved budget and according to End User requirements.
- Coordinates with Governmental/Local authorities with regards to allocation of plots for new Projects, and liaises with concerned Engineers for the implementation of Projects.
- Supervises the preparation of schematic design layout of all Projects (Service Stations or others) as per approved budget and according to Project scope.
- Reviews and approve on Architectural, Interior & Civil designs and drawings, submitted by Consultants to ensure their conformity to End-Users requirements. Checks all drawings related to New Image and Corporate Identity Program, for conformity.
- Supports and advices the Engineering Department Manager in coordinating and organizing Architectural, Structural and Electro-Mechanical drafting works required for various In-house Projects.
- Reviews the related necessary correspondence and reports to Engineering Department Manager.
- Contributes with the Engineering Department Manager in coordinating with Retail Fuel Sales Division as per requirements of Projects.
- Coordinates with Engineering Department Manager to perform site visits and inspecting Project works, especially for the Provisional Acceptance of Projects.
- Develops with Engineering Department Manager the preparing Project charts and work/time schedules related to all Service Station Projects that are under design, at tender or construction stages.
- Develops and advices the Engineering Department Manager to design and implementation of New Corporate Image and Retail Identity Signage Projects of Companies facilities.
- Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by Engineering Department Manager.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Minimum 9 years progressive experience in Architectural design, Architectural Presentations and preparation of full tender documents. Previous experience in oil & gas industry would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of graphic design, hands-on experience in using AutoCAD and 3D presentation package
- Knowledge of Corporate Image/Identity Design &Development application and implementation process is an advantage
- Site experience is preferable
- Computer Literate and proficient in AutoCAD Architectural software packages
- Excellent analytical presentation skills
