Job description / Role
This is a lead design position and we seek a highly conceptual art director with experience of getting the best out of a team working under them. The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years in a top quality Ad Agency environment. He should be self-motivated and able to use their own initiative to drive projects through the system.
He should personally work on the graphic development of the assigned products, interact with copywriters to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s). Should possess solid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned product(s). Work closely with account executives to schedule and monitor all projects. Should be able to confidently advise clientele on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.
Provide detailed direction to designers and command respect of freelancers and designers and be able to effectively oversee their work. Must be able to keep projects to deadlines while maintaining high standards of creativity. Digital experience would be a benefit.Reporting directly to the Creative Director. Second in command in the creative dept.
Requirements

Work with creative directors to develop design solutions.
Confer with clients to determine objectives, budget, background information, and presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
Manage own accounts and projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements.
