Senior Asset & Transaction Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently looking to recruit for Senior Asset & Transaction Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.

You will be reporting to the Corporate Real Estate Director on day to day activities, strategic issues and approvals. Will typically undertake professional duties relating to day to day commercial and residential leasing and sales activities including undertaking viewings, undertaking negotiations, advising legal department on commercial and residential lease issues, maintaining enquiry reports, leasing progress reports and ensuring robust departmental audit rail. Will produce initial negotiation paperwork including proposals, Head of Terms, NDAs, MOUs (with legal or contracts teams as appropriate) and advise on appropriate document structures and commercial clauses.
Will be accountable for ensuring that the Company meets both internal and external requirements within the area of role specification. Will be accountable for reaching and exceeding targets and upholding professional working practices relating to the transactional and asset management activities of the company.

Requirements

- 8 + years property experience
- UAE Office leasing experience
- Knowledge of regulations and legislation for sales and leasing property transactions in UAE
- Bachelors Degree in an associated subject or equivalent in work experience. Professional qualification/membership in relevant field.
- Asset Management experience and financial acumen
- In house experience (in addition to consultancy experience
- Professional qualification (Chartered Surveyor)
