Job description / Role
My client are an award winning International Architectural firm based across 4 continents & over 25 offices.
Due to their excellent reputation they have won a number of Hotel Projects. To be considered for this position you will have 10 years plus experience, you will also need to have had Far East exposure.
Due to team fit they are looking for a Western/local candidate for this position- Any knowledge of local languages would be a benefit.
Requirements
• Relevant experience in design, contract administration and/or project management (strong in design) for large commercial and or hotel projects
• Registered Architect in PRC, HK, UK or equivalent;
• Must have experience in PRC;
• Preferred candidates who worked with Big LDIs like ECADI, Tongji, BIAD Hands-on skills in V-Ray, Revit/BIM and Rhino Grasshopper;
