Job description / Role
Our client, one of the top global law firms, is on the lookout for a senior associate to add to their real estate division due to continued growth in this sector, in the region. Knowledge of the real estate market in the UAE is essential for this position.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years PQE
- Knowledge and previous experience in the UAE real estate sector is essential whether in house or within a leading legal practise.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with quick response time;
- Good determination, drive, and energy;
- Good team player and able to prioritize tasks;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and writing skills;
- Ability to work through teams, deliver high quality work within deadlines, and to meet team objectives;
- Arabic language competence, though not essential, would be an advantage
