An award-winning Corporate Finance team are seeking an excellent professional with exceptional transactional ability to join their highly regarded team in Saudi Arabia.
An award-winning Corporate Finance team providing independent financial advice to corporates, institutional investors and governments are seeking to find an excellent finance professional to join their strong transactional advisory team in Saudi Arabia.
The Associate/Consultant will;
- Support the senior members of the deal team in the entire transaction process from origination through to execution.
- Be responsible for overseeing the financial modelling and valuation analysis.
- Regularly conduct company and industry research and due diligence.
- Play a key role in the due diligence process whilst liaising with other departments and external consultancies.
- Support in training and overseeing junior team members.
Requirements
Interested candidates will;
- Be currently sitting in a financial transactional consulting position within a highly regarded consultancy or strong investment bank in the GCC.
- Hold a BA/BSc degree in a finance or business related subject from a highly regarded university and will preferably hold a professional qualification such as an MBA or CFA.
- Demonstrate extensive transactional experience having gained exposure to a wide variety of sectors and geographical markets and ideally have a good understanding of the oil & gas sector.
- Have exceptionally strong technical skills with extensive financial modelling, due diligence and analysis experience.
- Have outstanding communication and organisational skills and will be a self starter who is highly driven and determined.
