Senior BD Manager (Dubai)

Our Client a leading regional facilities & cash management company is looking for a senior BD manager to join their operations in Dubai.

- To assist the Business Development Director in leading all revenue generation initiatives across our client's portfolio of services, including Security Services, Facilities Management, Manpower/HR Services & Hospitality Services in Dubai. To assist and lead Business Development Managers at all times in nurturing relationships and creating opportunity for our client to offer value-added solutions to new and existing clients
- To secure senior client meetings with potential buyers of all services
- To identify potential clients through detailed market research and lead generation
- Create market maps of target industry sectors
- To contribute to the on-going evolution of the BD Strategy at all times
- To support the ongoing evolution of the CRM through functional design leadership
- To assist the BD Managers with their on-going tasks and targets
- To continue to develop fruitful relationships with potential clients through regular meetings and client entertainment
- To regularly attend industry and business networking events to generate new relationships and facilitate introductions
- To generate RFP/RFIs and pass to the Bid Team to tender, collating as much information as possible, testing boundaries etc to ensure that we have the very best chance of structuring a tender that is relevant and cost effective
- To work with Business Unit Heads and Accounting in providing accurate pricing for clients
- Provide weekly/monthly reports or at the request of the BD Director on specific KPIs, revenue and pipeline
- To close deals / secure contracts
- To exceed all targets defined in your personal development plan
- To lead by example in terms of work ethic, attention to detail and passion for the company striving for success at all times
- To constantly learn and progress in what is a very diverse environment

Requirements

- Target driven, strong Business development skills
- Commercially astute with strong negotiating skills, driving performance and KPI
- Experienced in managing a team of BD/Sales/Recruitment Consultants
- HR contacts for Facilities management, construction and securities industries
- Regional experience is a must
