The RoleThe RoleA large leading law firm in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire an experienced Senior Banking and Finance Lawyer who possesses over five years PQE and previous experience within a UAE law firm. As a Senior Banking and Finance Lawyer you will have a fantastic opportunity to join an established practice and work within a dynamic team of lawyers. You should have substantial experience handling conventional and Islamic banking along with a strong understanding of financial products. You will be responsible for all banking and finance matters including drafting, negotiating, structuring and leading transactions as well as being involved in practice development. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate should hold a law Degree coupled with five years experience in banking and finance law. Our client is looking to hire an English speaking candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be organised, have the ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive working under pressure.
