Job description / Role
A high end luxury women's wear brand is seeking a Senior Boutique Manager to manage the day-to-day running, operations and commercial aspects of their flagship store in Dubai.
Managing and motivating the team to increase sales, ensure efficiency and a high level of customer service
Analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales
Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organising training and development
Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
Maintaining and developing relationships with VIP customers across the GCC
Managing the commercial aspect of the brand across the GCC with a focus on Dubai
Requirements
Female Arabic speaker
Luxury experience is a must
Charismatic with excellent communication skill
Strong at building customer relationships
At least 7 years management experience
Experience working with luxury RTW (ready-to-wear) products
Experience dealing with high net worth customers
GCC experience is preferred
