Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Taking the lead in developing regional branding & communication strategies and annual budgets; Working closely with regional Marketing & Sales team and HQ corporate branding and communications team, to ensure the regional communication target and strategy is in line with the company’s business priorities;

• Managing and leading the regional branding communication team to plan and implement branding activities and campaigns (public events including speaking engagements, exhibition and private C-level customer activities etc.) with defined annual plan with proper media mix and budget control;

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with regional and local media; Working closely with PR team to develop advertorials, press releases and monitoring media coverage; generating positive media coverage on the company's successes and business activities in the region by proactively pitching stories, setting up and conducting interviews; ensuring maximum media outreach for news and media stories across the region;

• Managing regional advertising affairs and working closely with advertising agency to ensure the integrated and unified communication strategy and target are executed and achieved.

• Developing and carrying out internal communication programs through efficient communication channels such as intranet, e-newsletters, road shows and trainings. Developing and managing the content of social media, newsletters, handbooks, websites, emails and other written and electronic communications to customers and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management, ideally supplemented by Information Technology-related studies;

• At least 8-10 years of Marcomms experience ideally in an ICT/technology based corporates in ME region;

• Demonstrable experience in devising and managing marketing programs to meet the needs of corporate development strategy, ideally in ICT technology sector;
