The Role:

Working at a senior level you will provide leadership and direction to all areas of brand management including planning and merchandising. For this role we are looking for more than just a Merchandiser. You will have the relevant knowledge and experience gained within big name organisations and the leadership ability to make a real impression within this large scale international opportunity.

Requirements

You will:

* Be accountable for merchandising planning, OTB, forward planning, stock management and maximising the sales and profit contribution

* Ensure margin targets are achieved through timely management of OTB, stock allocation and replenishment, terminal stock management and retail price architecture

* Build the annual business plan to reflect brand positioning

* Be responsible for analysing, re-forecasting and reporting the financial performance of the brand through the monthly presentation of P&L

* Develop internal and external relationships where necessary to benefit the business

* Negotiate the positioning of brand, including product ranges, development, pricing and competitiveness

* Develop and maintain the relationship between Alshaya and the host brand

* Decide financial sales plans and re-forecast for new stores
