Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading UAE based bank. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
This role will sit within business requirements in IT and as a unit will be responsible for reviewing all functional requirements as and when required. This will enable IT to align with customer needs while continuously working to eliminate waste, increase flow and reduce risk.
As Senior Business Analyst you will have a broad knowledge of all business entities within the organisation, their business requirements and the supporting strategies / technology necessary. It is essential you are able to maintain strong relationships with the business, IT management and IT vendors.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have an IT based Degree coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience within banking / business analysis. Ideally you should also have an industry certification such as ITIL / PMP or Prince2. In addition, you should be an excellent communicator, have the ability to influence others and possess leadership, innovative and analytical thinking skills.
