Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Up to Dhs35,000 plus single medical & ticket

For a large Japanese multinational.
This role is required to coordinate between 3 subsidiaries of a multinational company.
The main branch is located in JAFZ and the remaining 2 are located in Oman and KSA.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the CEO's and Project Managers of these branches and analyse the current activity of these branches. You will monitor the business activity, identify potential growth opportunities and new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for analysing potential problems within the organisations and reporting back to senior level management at the main JAFZ branch.
Other responsibilities for this role will include coordination of budgets and business plans for a holding subsidiaries based abroad, monitoring of financial results, and assessment of risks for both inventory and business operations as well as analysis of the market situations.
You will also be responsible for all financial reporting, management of all taxation issues for the international holding company and the support of business operations.
This role involves extensive reporting responsibilities to senior level management.

Requirements

As this role involves extensive financial analysis, candidates with either CA / CPA qualification are required.

You must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a CONSULTATIVE based role.

Experience within a multinational management or business consultancy at a distinct advantage.

Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector an advantage but not essential.

Candidates must be confident and proactive with the ability to deal with senior level management on a daily basis. As you will be required to play an Internal Consultant type role, excellent relationship building skills and communication skills absolutely essential.

Preference will be given to Arab or Western Educated candidates due to extensive travel required within the role.
