Job description / Role
The job holder will be responsible for developing strategic buying plans for the assigned department/category. The job holder will also ensure smooth buying operations through vendor identifications, evaluation and selection, in compliance with the contract principles to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of the concept.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Buying Budget and Planning.
- Vendor Management.
- Order Management.
- Vendor and Product Research.
- Inventory Management.
- Merchandising Standards
- Competitor Survey (R&D)
Requirements
Minimum 6- 10 years experience for the position of Buyer.
Minimum 10 plus years of experience for the position of Senior Buyer. Team handling experience required.
Must have relevant experience in Cosmetics/Home Fragrances/ Spa & Promo.
