Job description / Role
My client is a boutique interior design firm in Dubai with an excellent project portfolio spanning the 5* luxury hotel industry. Due to an influx of next work they are currently looking to grow their team and appoint a skilled CAD Designer to work on a variety of projects within the hospitality and residential sectors.
The general activities will involve;
Developing initial drawings on CAD and setting project schedules for the projects.
Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes using CAD.
Maintain quality of drawings, details and standards.
Surveying buildings.
supervising work at the design stages and on-site when necessary.
train on Revit to understand the software and program.
Requirements
The successful candidate will:
Have at least 5 years experience.
Be able to provide detailed and realistic approval drawings
Have an advanced understanding of CAD software.
Be based in the UAE.
Have worked previously on either hotel or residential projects.
Be detail orientated.
