The RoleThe Role• CRM professional • Telecommunications Sector • Outstanding analytical and numeracy skills • Arabian Gulf Our client is a large telecommunications provider, and is looking for a Senior CRM expert to join their project team in their home business sector. Reporting to the Project Manager, the focus of this role will be on the gathering and analysis of customer data, including leading business workshops, creating and developing the specifications and business process improvements and then finally liaising with the CRM consultants for implementation. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeal candidate will be tertiary qualified with sound technical experience in CRM implementation and support. You will also have at least 5 years commercial experience in a telecommunications environment. |
