As a Call Center Agent, you will be expected to provide the highest level of service-oriented reservations/ ticketing related services to all Qatar Airways passengers and travel agents calling the Call Center.

We also welcome highly skilled individuals with airport services experience for airport related call center processes.

Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year telesales work experience in an airline or in the travel industry with sound knowledge in IATA standard reservation/ ticketing procedures.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in spoken/ written English and adequate knowledge of PC-based applications are essential requirements of the job.
