Senior Cash Management

Job description / Role

- Origination of Cash management Sales solutions
- Development of new products: Payments, Collections, Receivables and Liquidity management
- Transform and manage the alternative channels to promote all cash products
- Strategy development and execution for attracting Low Cost Deposit and Operating cash accounts
- Engage product partners, i.e. Ops, Legal and Compliance etc., to achieve product goals
- Write product approval programs and transaction memorandums for new products
- Development and Execution of the product Management strategy and tactical plan focusing on defined relationships, target market segments and product initiatives
- Prepare sales forecast and budgets to meet set target objectives
- Develop standard product pricing policies
- Keeping pulse on Clients evolving Cash management needs and package core services to meet those needs
- Prioritize, drive & execute product initiatives and one-off programs / campaigns
- Validate new product ideas in market place
- Perform competitive analysis and market sizing

Requirements

- Strong working experience and product knowledge in Cash & Liquidity management
- Well regarded and connected in Corporate and Institutional banking
- Proven business development success in Global Transaction banking
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and network at all levels of the management structure
- Possess strong in-depth knowledge of trade concepts, regulations and practices
- 8 years experience
