Job description / Role
Reporting to Certification and Award Manager, the key responsibilty of the Senior Certification and Award Specialist is to ensure that Quality Direcotrate and perpetual improvement are implemented and maintained in Qatar Foundation. Furthermore he/she will co-ordinate with the various QF-HQ departments to ensure awareness and understanding of the Quality Management system. He/she will also plan and co-ordinate Quality internal audits as required and ensure that the reports are recorded in accordance with ISO requirements. In addition, he/she will also participate in gap analysis exercises, identify develop and report QMS metrics. Conduct QMS, EMS and OHS integrated certification audits.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (business or equivalent: specialist / master courses in records management, information sciences or data and documentation management, library sciences, archival sciences
• 4-5 relevant years of experiences in a similar field
• Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office
• Knowledge of ISO 15489:2001, ISO 9001
• Pro-active attitude, high adaptability and flexible mind set.
