The Role


The Role

My client, a leading developer and investment company is looking to source a Senior Civil Engineer for projects in Abu Dhabi.

You will have experience in planning, coordinating and reviewing the building plans and services (internal and external).

You will have understanding of the local legislations and rules and regulations in order to comply with health & safety and quality standards.

Duties of role (but not limited to the following):

*Preparation and participation of scope of work detail
*Participate in floating tenders/ expression of interest
*Follow up work completed during design stage of project
*Meeting with consultants to assess work on a regular basis

Requirements


Requirements

6-8 years experience in Infrastructure Planning and or/ Construction Industry with at least 3 of these in a senior role.

You will have outstanding analytical skills, a good negotiator and communicator with knowledge of basic computer applications.

You will have some knowledge of Abu Dhabi local planning
