Job description / Role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, review and monitoring of work performed by other Consultants and Contractors for the following:
• Design documents.
• Constructability Analysis of the design
• Value Engineering
• Construction Progress including Offsite Manufacturing Process
• Defects/ Punch Lists prior to Construction Completion
• Inspection, Testing, Commissioning, Completion, and Handover of the Works
• As Built Drawings and Operations and Maintenance Manuals
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements
4-year degree in Civil (or related field) from a recognized institution and 10+ years of related work experience.
Experience reviewing contractor submittals and inspecting construction progress.
Proficiency in utilizing PC software packages typically associated with engineering, including CAD is required.
Proficiency in the application of current architectural/engineering theories and concepts.
