Job description / Role
Oversee and monitor the civil/structural work produced by project site technical offices.
Provide input for the methods of project execution
Review projects at bid stage; provide technical input to the bid team.
Liaise and coordinate with architectural and MEP team members
Analyze and design structural systems of buildings, using the major structural analysis software that is common in the Middle East (ETABS, SAP2000, etc).
Examining structures at risk of collapse and advising how to improve their structural integrity
Manage a small civil shop-drawing team in the head office.
Requirements
+15 years of relevant experience
Minimum B. Sc. in civil engineering, preferably has Western Education and Experience
Civil/structural engineer with some knowledge of geotechnical engineering.
Has a very good experience in structural analysis and design.
Preferably Worked international companies
Has the consultant work experience and contractor work experience
Work experience in a Western country and Middle East
