Job description / Role
We are looking for a Senior Commercial and Claims Management Consultant to work for an international Consultant based in Qatar on a broad range of projects.
Requirements
* At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry with an international consultant or contractor
* Degree in Quantity Surveying is essential
* MRICS is a must
* 6 years specialising in claims preparation/defence and dispute resolution across a variety of projects
* Experienced in forensic investigation of causes of delay, delay analysis methodologies, quantum analysis, analysis of large quantities of complex data and preparation of claim narratives with supporting documentation
* Experience of expert witness work would be an advantage
* Experienced in contract and commercial advice
* Excellent written and spoken English essential
* Stable track record
* Middle East experience preferred
