Due to continued success in the country we are now seeking an experienced Senior Claims Planning Engineer to join our already established team in Saudi.

The Senior Claims Planning Engineer is a site based position, and a member of the Faithful+Gould Claims Team.

The Senior Claims Planning Engineer will hold the following duties and responsibilities:
- Will be part of a Claims Team of 15 plus staff.
- Will prepare extension of time (EOT) and delay analysis.
- Review subcontractor delay claims for substantiation.
- Will liaise with Commercial Team and Planning Team and exchange information.
- Prepare fragnet schedules as required.
- Attend meetings with clients, subcontractors as required.
- Ability to assess potential time impacts of variations.
- Ability to make recommendations to overcome project issues and resequencing as required.
- Will report directly to Claims Planning Manager but will interface with other Claims Planning & Commercial Team staff.
- Ability to develop logic for various facilities and trades.
- Meet with client and subcontractors as needed to review schedule and issues.
- Must be able to identify potential issues and ways to overcome them.
- Review and analyze subcontractors schedule and submission logs/reports.

Requirements

- 10-15 Years experience in Project Planning.
- Must have an engineering degree
- Preferred Airport or large project experience.
- Must have good English verbal and writing skills. Arabic a plus but not required.
- Must be thoroughly knowledgeable in Primavera P6 scheduling programs.
- Have site base experience and knowledge of construction sequencing.
- Have thorough knowledge of resource and cost loading and subcontractor work forces.
- Must be able to utilize other software applications, Miscrosoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
