Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive acts as a link between client and the advertising agency and as a project implementer. He/she works closely with his/ her clients throughout campaigns, involved in making briefs, managing administrative and organizational work, follow-ups and handling the accounts from contact reports, budget reconciliation and competitive review, coordinating the activities of the advertising team and administrative staff.

Main Responsibilities Involve:
Build and sustain good relationship with client at appropriate level
Meet with clients to discuss goals, objectives, and needs
Set deadlines.
Present campaign ideas to client.
Get budgets and ideas approved.
Brief media, creative, and research staff.
Formulate marketing strategies.
Maintain regular contact with both Sr. Account Manager/ Account Director & the client
Negotiate fees and hourly rates.
Get approval for promotional work.
Handle budgets and manage campaign costs.
Communicate and build marketing campaigns with business owners.
Sell multi-media advertising.
Create marketing plans.
Schedule advertisements for publications.
Ensure revenue goals are met.

Requirements

Bilingual (Arabic & English) speaker will be considered. French will be a plus but not essential
2+ years of Advertising Agency experience
Someone who has worked on a Real Estate account will be preferred
Team-work predisposition
Can-do attitude
Problem-solving skills
Strong inter-personal skills
Strong communications skills (written and oral)
High confidence level (but no arrogance)
