Senior Commercial Contact Center manager required for a leading consultancy based in Doha, Qatar.

My client is a market leader in providing full scale public sector solutions from both a technology and business process improvement perspective.

They are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Contact center manager to lead a Greenfield project focusing on developing new business opportunities for a fully operational contact center. The role will involve building a network and portfolio of clientele from scratch including building the pricing and operational strategy of the commercial contact center.

They are seeking 15 20 years of professional experience in managing a large scale business operation (contact center) from scratch.

The role requires an energetic, enthusiastic individual whom is not phased in building a new business from the bottom up.

This individual also requires the ability to manage large scale operation hence strong management and leadership qualities are vitally important for the role.

The role offers generous tax free salary + excellent benefits.



- 15 20 years experience in predominantly in managing commercial call center

- Strong experience in building the business from a nonexistent client portfolio to a vast business requiring numerous employees

- Strong commercial understanding and excellent sales abilities

- GCC experience is highly desirable

- Exposure within a Greenfield Contact center environment is also required

- Fluency in English both written and spoken

- Demonstrated leadership qualities in a difficult environment.

- Demonstrated ability to build a pricing strategy

- Demonstrated experience in managing Contact center operations on a day to day basis.
