Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned property developer. They have been established throughout the Middle East for over a decade as a market leading organisation.
Our client is looking to hire an Arabic speaking Senior Commercial Manager to join this extremely successful business to support the delivery team. You will be involved in all aspects of the projects including monitoring the cost management. You will also manage the procurement of consultant and contract services.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience. You should demonstrate proven commercial / contracts management experience and an established track record of malls projects. It is essential you come from a quantity surveying background and possess fluent Arabic communication skills.
