Job description / Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a MNC Construction organization on the client side
- Reporting to the operation director you will head up various projects from a commercial perspective and manage various commercial managers
- Working on the construction of very large retail and mall projects
- Commercial management
- P&L management
- Attending meetings with senior management
- Ensuring contractors and consultancies adhere to regulations and rulings of the company
Requirements
- Must be RICS qualified
- You will have significant experience of working on retail construction projects
- You will be a senior commercial manager
- Excellent communication skills
- QS by trade.
- Experience of managing various managers and projects at one time
- 10 - 15 years Commercial experience
