The RoleThe RoleWe are major Tier I construction contractor active in Building, Heavy Civil and Infrastructure fields in Saudi Arabia. We look for Talented Senior Commercial Manager or Commercial Director to head up the Commercial management in our HQ. You will have overall charge of the Commercial Department managing teams of Contracts Managers, QS's on a number of existing projects but you will also be involved in Bids and Tenders for new projects moving forward. |
RequirementsRequirementsCandidates should be qualified Commercial Manager strictly from contracting background. Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or similar from reputed University. Preferably RICS/ MRICS membership. Should have total 20+ years in a Quantity Surveying/Contracts/Commercial role with leading International contractors and have worked as a Commercial Manager lately. Preferably have 5+ years GCC experience. Experience within major prestigious and complex high-rise commercial or residential buildings, hotels, hospitals, passenger terminals, infrastructure projects. Experienced in establishing, preparing contractual letters, claims and variations. Strong management skills. |
