Senior Cost Manager
Location: Qatar
Leading Client Organisation who is looking for high calibre Senor Cost Manager with pre-contract for a major infrastructure and building projects. Candidates will have a track record in providing pre-contract commercial expertise on major building or infrastructure projects (Multi Billion Dollar Projects). My Client is looking for someone that has worked for a market leading blue chip Quantity Surveying practice. Middle East experience is not essential
Essential Requirements:
Worked for a recognised international blue cost consultancy.
Experience of infrastructure and/or building projects.
A stable employment history.
Excellent Cost Planning skills
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with at least 10 years experience.
Expert knowledge of the pre-contract phase of projects
Professionally qualified by ideally by RICS
Requirements
Candidate:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant who has who will currently be working for a recognized international consultancy and be keen to move to the Middle East and work on the pre-contract phase of multiple mega projects as a key part of a very successful international team.
