Job description / Role
Currie & Brown has a range of opportunities across its Middle East Offices and is currently looking for Senior Commercial Managers/Contracts Managers for the Qatar Office on behalf of major clients in the region.
Responsible for:
- Procurement
- Tender documentation
- Tender reports
- Recommendations of payment
- Assessment of variation costs
- Initial claims response
- And CAS duties
Requirements
- BSc in Law or Construction Law
-MRICS/ MCIArb or equivalent
- 10-20 years of post graduate experience
- Vast experience in building sectors such as hotel & leisure, healthcare, education, airport and associated infrastructure works.
- Experienced user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel and Primavera Contracts Manager
- Excellent report writing skills
- Middle East experience is essential.
