Job description / Role
A Senior Commercial Manager is required for a large scale stadia project for a major Middle East client of ours. You will be responsible for the implementation of sound commercial frameworks to enable high quality delivery of commercial management across the project sites.
- Lead, manage and coordinate the production of procurement packages for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Lead, manage and coordinate the development of budget
- Oversee the contractor issuing a request for quotations to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Verifying quotations
- Provide invoices
- Preparation of monthly payment certificates and all supporting documents
- Be able to undertake commercial management services with limited supervision
- Deliver all work outputs in an accurately and timely manner
- Provide support to the Team Leader / Service Leaders
- Be a proactive team player.
- Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership
Requirements

- Degree qualified
- MRICS membership preferred
- Minimum of 15 years experience
- Experience with a blue chip consultancy firm previously
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
