Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a world class national organisation based in Dubai and due to the economic upturn in the UAE, we are recruiting a UAE national for this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and review the policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits to attract and retain skilled and qualified candidates and employees
Support the line managers in identifying the appropriate salary package in line with the skills, experience and education required and giving guidance in salary reviews
Develop and implement an employee bonus and incentive scheme
Conduct market research and analysis on industry and job compensation packages and practices to develop appropriate proposals for the company
Source and negotiate terms of business with external consultants and engage them to provide market information related to compensation, rewards and benefits
Maintenance of comprehensive salary, benefits and rewards data for internal company use
Assist in the annual manpower and budgeting processes
Maintenance of organisation charts to identify vacancies and expansion requirements
Management of the job evaluation process and validate the results
Preparing job descriptions and keeping them updated

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
5 10 years UAE experience in a similar role related to compensation, benefits and rewards

Education:
Degree in Human Resources

Candidate Profile:
UAE National only
Must be living in the UAE
