Job description / Role
World class Design studio is seeking a Senior Design Architect to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
With an established studio and strong presence in the Middle East and International markets, this opportunity will propel the right candidates career and skillset.
Projects range from master-planning, retail, education, mixed use, residential, all of a high end design quality.
This person will be responsible for client meetings, and presentations, creating initial concepts and leading a design team to oversee the project to completion.
Requirements
This conceptual designer will be based ideally in the Middle East already. With around 10-15 years experience post graduation of a Degree in Architecture and have taken the conceptual design route.
This individual will have experience communicating with high level clients, creating and developing conceptual designs for UAE developers and client bodies, and obtaining approvals for such projects.
This individual will show a portfolio of hand sketches and developed 3D images of a range of projects to show their diversity in project range.
Excellent communication skills are required to drive a small team and to be able to present to clients and international colleagues. Please apply with project design examples.
