Job description / Role
To lead the Construction Management on a major Sports Stadia project. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role on a major fast track Sports Stadia project through the whole construction execution phase.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
Lead Contractors on site execution team
Lead and manage all sub-contractors work
Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project
Procure supplies and materials to complete construction projects
Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
Develop and implement quality control programs
Take actions to deal with the results of delays at construction site.
Liaise with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
Requirements
Degree Qualified
Minimum 10 years post graduate experience
Stadia/Sports Facilities project experience through to completion
Stable track record based on projects from inception to completion
Excellent Communication skills
Worked on projects or portfolios of projects in excess of 600 SAR Million
Previous experience in an MNC Contractor and Consultant
Arabic Language advantageous
