Senior Construction Manager

Job description / Role

Major International Buildings Contractor is looking to appoint a strong Senior Construction Manager to be based on site in Dubai .Reporting into the Project Director you will take complete control for the operations, management & delivery for the workforce on this 370 Million AED 4* Hotel Project.

The Project Director wants a hands on character thats capable of rolling the sleeves up and delivery on site managing a team of package managers . These Managers are responsible for the main contracts for RC Frame , Facade , Steel , Glazing & Joinery. The project is 50% direct workforce from within the business and 50% sub contracted out to specialist local UAE contractors.

You will have experience of deliveries Hotels within the GCC market for International Top Tier Contractors . The Project Director will manage the client and you will deal with all the usual factors such as Safety , Delivery , Quality to help get this project over the line on this fast track 25 Month Program.

Requirements

- Experience of delivering on site
- Loyal Career History
- Suitable Size Project Ranging from 250-450 Million AED (40-85 Million)
- Experience on hands on management in the GCC/ MENA Market
- You will be able to supply contact details for References to confirm ability
- You will have a can do attitude and real drive to succeed and deliver in a fast pace working environment. Whether you are Degree Educated or a Carpentry Background our client is open. Whats important is understanding the environment of whats required to succeed within a fast pace contracting sector.

You will be joining a business with Landmark Building Projects in UAE, Europe, Qatar, Australia & Asia.
