Job description / Role
Main Purpose of the Job:
To lead construction management on a major hospitality project liaising regularly with the client but also closely managing the contractors on site to ensure the smooth running and successful completion of the project against the scheduled timeline. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role on a major hospitality project and ensure its successful delivery from inception to completion.
Requirements
Degree Qualified
Minimum 14 years post graduate experience
Major project or programme experience
Worked on projects or portfolios of projects in excess of £100million
Previous experience in a client facing role
Hotel project experience
Stable track record based on projects from inception to completion
