The RoleThe RoleSenior Construction Manager I am currently looking for a Senior Construction Manager for a large Airport Project in the Middle East. Working with a leading contractor on the project you will in charge of the construction and managing the on-site team. You will lead and develop the construction process and report directly into the client. Large Airport experience is required to cope with some of the technical aspects of the terminal building and process units. People will also be given priority if they have experience in the Middle East, working with the local clients and cultures. • The Senior Construction Manager will oversee the entire construction of the project. • To ensure the effective progression of the project from initial contact with the client to final account in order to achieve the company's objectives in relation to service, profitability and development with a functional authority over all aspects of the progression of designated projects. • B.Sc in Civil Engineering with any Bias (Mech, Elec or Civil) • An absolute minimum of 15 years in the construction of prestigious buildings with emphasis on Airports • Experience at Managing USD Billion plus projects • Should be in possession of strong Design & Build, Cost and Planning experience • The ideal candidate will be strong in character, a Leader, tough but fair and be a Diplomat. He will have hands-on experience of prestigious building construction in the Middle East. Salary and package will be discussed on application.
