Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a well-established global HR Consultancy firm who are looking to hire an Arabic speaking Senior Consultant to join their team based in Qatar.
Your main duties will be to specialise in a specific sector and build relationships with organisations for development and to close sales opportunities. You will deliver individual team budgets whilst supporting sector development by building and utilising commercial networks. You will maintain long term relationships as well as supervise a team of consultants.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have worked within a consultancy on projects and supervised a team. You should have experience in organisation design and been involved in reward. You should be a specialist in one particular area of HR and have focused on this. In addition you will be a strong communicator with the proven ability to lead client engagement activities. It is essential you are a results driven individual with the passion to succeed.
