The RoleThe RoleTAAHEED are assisting a leading, multinational management consultancy based in Dubai in their search for an experience Senior Consultant within the Leadership and Talent service line. Reporting in to the Associate Director applicants must have proven expertise within the Leadership & Talent area (capability assessment, leadership transformation or talent management). Are able to effectively utilize an internal and external network enabling effective self-management, being able to add value through their own bottom line, but utilize their knowledge to support broader commercial effectiveness through project/client/team or technical management and contribute to the effective operational management of the business. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in this role candidates must possess the following: Possess 5-10 years experience in either a role as an in-house learning and development specialist or consultant with a specialism in leadership development and / or assessment. Good first degree from a reputable university Post-graduate qualification in a field related to occupational psychology BPS Level A and B accreditations in occupational testing A proven track record of assessing and developing leaders would be expected Experience of capability assessment and/or leadership transformation and/or talent management Ideally a track record of at least 1 year of operating in such roles in the Middle East Extensive business experience showing clear progression Line or project management/people experience Preferably consulting (internal/external) experience Source of advice/support/QA for more (junior) consultants) Fluent English skills, Arabic skills will be highly desirable Ability to travel across the GCC (therefore males are preferred) |
